These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rolly Rider’s website, products, and services. By purchasing a Rolly Rider product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, so please review them periodically for any changes.

2. Products and Purchases

Rolly Rider provides a range of kids’ ride-on travel suitcases. Our products are available for purchase through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to the GCC region only. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on your location. Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Refund Policy: Refunds are not applicable unless the suitcase arrives damaged. We aim to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If your suitcase arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.

• Return Process: Returns are only available within the United Arab Emirates. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@rollyrider.com with your order details. Returns must be approved in advance and are only applicable for damaged items received within the UAE.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged and are limited to the UAE. For non-damaged items, we currently do not offer exchanges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rolly Rider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and images on the Rolly Rider website are the exclusive property of Rolly Rider. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
