- Only items that arrive damaged are eligible for return.
- To qualify for a return, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
- Provide proof of the damage (clear photos of the item).
- Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at hello@rollyrider.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- The cost of return shipping will be covered by Rolly Rider for eligible returns.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not damaged are not eligible for return.
- Any claims made after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
