    • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
    • Provide proof of the damage (clear photos of the item).
    • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@rollyrider.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Rolly Rider for eligible returns.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Any claims made after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
