We currently ship to the following locations:
- United Arab Emirates
- GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Options and Costs
UAE – Dubai
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Express 4-Hour Delivery: AED 40
UAE – All Other Emirates
- Standard Shipping: Free
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar)
- Standard Shipping: Free
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
5. Shipping Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
- In case of significant delays, please contact us at hello@rollyrider.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking your order.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the damage and your order number for a resolution. -
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
